I took my new car to Tommy's for an exterior detail for the first time. I purchased the wash, clay bar, buff/polish, and wheel clean. There was a lot of swirling on the vehicle that was removed, and the previous owner had put duct tape (why, I don't know) on the driver's side sill plate that left sticky residue, and that was removed as well. I was pleasantly surprised by this, as I forgot to ask if that was something they would take care of.

I believe David is the person who worked on my car, and he did a great job. Very professional and the work was completed within the time stated on the website. The location is also very convenient for me. I will be returning in the future. Thank you!

Just had a Kia Sorento interior with dirt, stains, and dog hair detailed at Tommy's court Street, Binghamton. I normally don't do this review thing, but I just have to give these guys their just due. They were great to deal with and they are pro's who have obviously totally mastered the craft of auto detailing. They were proud of their work and rightly so because the result was perfect! I've had cars detailed in the past - all were ok, some were good, even very good. Tommy's was simply as good as you can get.

Absolutely incredible service and the results are amazing! These guys know what they are doing and the price is well worth it. We have four kids, two dogs, and own a home inspection company so our vehicles get pretty banged up, but after these guys are done, they always look like they rolled off the showroom floor! The professionals at Tommy's Car Wash and Auto Detailing did a wonderful job detailing my car. The smell of the dog and the hair were completely gone as was all of the drool, dirt and grime on the panels and console. The men were able to get rid of the spills and stains on the seats and floor carpeting and the mats looked new! And to top it off the outside of the car was so shiny it gleamed. I definitely recommend this business!

I rarely post reviews but in the case I absolutely had to characterize the interior of our truck as a disaster is an understatement. This vehicle is truly a utility vehicle and it has the dirt to prove it! I found Tommy's Car Wash and Auto Detailing on line and the Express Cleaning looked like a perfect option and it was, the interior looks like new!
